I know a lot of people have a lot of different ways to eat. These are some plans that I use as guidelines for me. I wholeheartedly believe that food can be our medicine, but it can also be toxic and hurt us if we choose the wrong kinds of food. Many people think certain things are healthy based on calories but I always say “Not all calories are created equally”.
Not everything works for everybody, these are just guidelines that personally make sense to me and have worked for me to feel better and lose weight (when I stick to them :))
